"Late Delivery and Frustrating Install"
The delivery showed up late, and the install was disappointing. The setup felt rushed and not very professional. I’ve been a customer for a while, but if this is the kind of service I can expect going forward, I may have to look at switching to someone else

Bought it, everything seemed fine at first. Then I had to reach out about the warranty… and that’s where it got frustrating. Replies were slow, sometimes days in between, and even when they did answer, it wasn’t really clear what I was supposed to do next. I kept waiting for a straight answer. Just felt like after the sale, the support wasn’t really there.

"Support took way too long to get back to me"
I reached out to support about an issue I was having, the replies were really slow. It took a few days to hear back, which was frustrating because I kept checking my email during lunch breaks and after work thinking maybe I’d missed something. Even after all that waiting, the problem still hasn’t actually been fixed.

"Not really worth the price"
The stuff I got was okay, nothing terrible, but it felt overpriced for what it was. Delivery was fine, so no real issue there. What annoyed me more was getting inconsistent answers when I had questions, like one person would say one thing and then someone else would say something different. Overall, it just didn’t feel like good value for the money.
